Registration & Payment Information
LPKM 2026 is organized in Hybrid mode, which allows for both on-site and online participation.
The conference registration fee covers:
2 nights stay at the 4-star hotel Royal Kenz (double room)
Guided tour
All the conference materials (Program, Badge, Pen, NotePad, etc.)
Certificate of participation
Extra Fees:
Additional fee for a single room: 55 TND per night
Bus transfer (Sfax – Sousse – Sfax): 50 TND
Adult companion: 180 TND per night
Children: 90 TND per night
Tourist tax payable at the hotel
Payment Terms
Payment can be made via the following methods:
By Bank Transfer:
The full amount without any deduction should be paid, including bank transfer fees.
Payment by Bank Transfer should be made to the bank details below, stating that the transaction is for:
“LPKM2026 (and insert your registration number)”
By Order Form (Bon de commande) / Bank Check:
Only for Tunisian Participants.

Registration Deadline
The deadline for online registration for the conference is 04/04/2026.
Confirmation of conference registration will only be guaranteed upon payment for international participants, or receipt of a scanned copy of the Order Form / Bank Check / Payment receipt (Tunisia-based participants) before 04/04/2026.
Acceptance of your paper in the conference program and/or acceptance of your paper in the conference proceedings will only occur following payment of the registration fee.

Participants of LPKM 2026 attending onsite should note that the conference will be held in the 4 stars hotel Royal Kenz in the beautiful city Sousse often called « the Peral of the Sahel ». Situated in the seaside resort of Port El Kantaoui, near Sousse, the Royal Kenz Hotel Thalasso & Spa is located just 200 meters from a white sandy beach, a 400-meter walk to the private beach area, and approximately 3 km from Port El Kantaoui Marina and 8 km from the historic Medina of Sousse.
